Hi all, I brewed my first beer last Saturday. I made a Belgian witbier with a little bit of honey added. I made some mistakes while I did it and when I tried to get a gravitational reading, the hydrometer did not sink because the batch was so thick! Oops! Well it's fermenting now and I'm very curious to how it's going to taste! I look forward to participating in these forums!
