Hi all, my name is Luc Laflamme. i live in Terrebonne, Québec, Canada. I'm subscribed to HBT for a couple month now, but i never post.

I'm a stove top all grain brewer. I start this passion for 1 year now.

As soon as finish to build my house, i will build a dedicated brew rig and a bar for my cornies.

Bienvenue! - I mean Welcome! (bad Lady_brewer trying to show off...)

There are a nice few Canadians around, as I am sure you have seen if you have been hanging around the forums.

From the sounds of it you are further in the brewing game at this point than I am :D I bet you can send some advice this way!

Glad you could join us. Hats off to those dedicated all grainers that engineer their brews atop a stove.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome. Sorry for my bad english, because i'm a frenchie:rockin:

I consider my self like novice in all grain brewing, but i made a few kit in past (the cooper can with the old yeast on top) so i already had some fermentation notion.

At the moment i've got 10 batches of AG under my belt, and at each one quality rise.

My equipment is a 7 gallon kettle and a 9 gallon cooler MLT with SS braid. The tranfert are made with plastic beer pitcher DIY graduated.

if you have some question lady brewer, please ask it, i will anwser with my limited experience.

Many thanks :D

I know enough francophones that I can actually read your English with the accent that I figure you speak it with. It is clear enough to me :D - Je pense que vous auriez quelque chose a dire si je commencerai a parler francais :D (I still can't figure out accents on my laptop.)

I consider myself to be a bit of a Coopers expert at this point... unfortunately it isn't terribly easy to move to AG here, but I am very close. Just ordered grains this week. Have to get the hubby to make my chiller and I am ready to go. Then the forum can brace itself for my panicky questions :D

Sup guys!!

I'm also from Quebec (Levis) and I started brewing 6 month ago.
Is there any brewing club here in Quebec? I can't find any !

That could be fun to share stuff and to buy in group for discount !
