Hello from a complete Noob in sunny South Africa!
Since myself and and a mate of mine bought a startup kit a few weeks back (after a friends insistence and months of procrastination) I've been reading this forum with interest and excitement.
Even with us starting simple with a pre-hopped LME, all of the questions that we had have been answered somewhere on this forum.
Looking forward to making some good beer.
With experience and help from you all I hope one day to produce some excellent beer.
