greetings to all fellow brewers of the nectar of the gods!
I have been brewing for about a year now and have about 11 brews under my belt. I am a new member of T.R.U.B here "Three Rivers Underground Brewers" a group of guys dedicated to the brew and to help each other out.
I do have a question for anyone...I am going to try a new brew, a black ipa.
I have been planning the recipe and cannot figure out the method I want to use..some say to add lme and dme at flameout..others during the boil...does anyone have any advice or direction to share?
