Hey everyone. Just started barely a week ago, but I’m sure like all of you, I caught the bug pretty badly already. I currently have cider and a belgian white about to hit maturation. I’m reading Palmer’s book and I’m really excited about how detailed you can eventually get at this process, yet its so approachable from the beginning and rewards you with a (usually) drinkable beer at the end. I’m sure I’ll spend countless hours on the forums here, so I look forward to learning from you all.
