Hello all. I have brewed a couple (literally two) beers before. I used kits and they turned out pretty good. I had purchased a lot of equipment but never understood the process. I am now in love with the brew process and I am back at it. Brewed a wheat beer couple weeks ago and am looking forward to more (once the grains arrive). A lot of people on here have inspired me to get back at it and cleared up a lot of my worries. Here's to beer and excellent mentors.
