Hi everyone, I’ve never attempted making my own brew before, but I’m finding all my necessary equipment to make my first batch. I will be getting peaches in a couple days and will make a batch of peach wine.
I’m here to learn and try recipes as well understand the differences of yeasts.
My question is what is the difference of yeasts
47 vs. 71b? I want to make a sweet fruity wine. Later I will try aromatic fruit wines.
I was told by someone close I couldn’t make wine, so I’m doing it to show them that I can. I want to build my skills and knowledge of wine making.
