Hello there from Wales,
I'm a newbie to home brewing, having only being brewing for about a year off and on. I started with 6 bottle wine kits from the hardware chain stores. I then did a Coopers Canadian Blonde Ale and Australian Pale Ale as per kit instructions. After those two I made 30 bottles of Malbec wine using a California Conisseuer kit and then a Coopers Wheat Beer.
My latest brew is a two can stout (Coopers - Original Stout/Dark Ale) It's been in the primary fv for 7 days so far. The volcanic initial rush of fermentation/krausen has subsided and now it's bubbling away nicely. I'm thinking about bulk priming this brew but I have a few days to decide if I'm ready to take that step!
Anyway.........Hi to you all at homebrewtalk.com........no doubt I will have numerous noob questions to ask you all in the very near future!
Cheers all
