I've been extract brewing for 2 years, and have very recently moved to all grain. I've done 2 batches: an Irish red (which turned out pretty decent), and I have an oatmeal stout in the primary right now. Hope it turns out well! Been reading this forum since I started brewing, so I thought I'd join up and say hey!
