Hello! I'm from the Lincoln, Ne area, I have brewed about a dozen extract kits and I came to this forum looking for all grain information. I liked what i seen so I decided to join.
And buy a copy of Palmer's book, "How to Brew". I can look back at my first couple years of brewing and see that every problem I had could have been avoided, except for the time Michael bought 4 pounds of rye for a recipe that called for 4 oz.
