Hello from near the Mall of America

Hello everybody, I have been brewing for around four years and have decided to finally register at these places I have lurked for so long.
I'm on my 3rd year of hops growing with chinook's, williamettes & Cascades.
I brew wine mainly because it is simpler, have 3 types of grapes, maybe another one if these seeds grow, 2 types of raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and even a plum tree that I hope puts out some fruits this year.
I have mainly done All Grain brews, I still have some packages to start in my Mr. Beer & my Beer Machine.
I have a cornelius keg and lots of plastic brew (Water) 5gal jugs, One is glass.
Someday soon hopefully I invest in the regulators and tanks and move up a level.

Awesome! Also from MN but now in Milwaukee. With that said...Go Vikes! Go Twins! I don't have much opportunity to say that. Have fun brewing. I guess the Northern Brewer in Minneapolis is having their grand opening soon. Enjoy.

Yes! northern brewer! I called them last week after learning of their new location in what sounds like Richfield, north of 62 and by lyndale.. which is nice as I need not go all the way to grand ave. st. paul anymore...
There is also a place, small, in bloomington between cedar and 35w, south of 62, cant remember what it is called, right by a liquor store.

Good to find other Minnesotans on here---although, currently, I'm a displaced Minnesotan living and working in Iowa! I love Northern Brewer. It's far better than the homebrew supply stores in Des Moines. I always stop in when I'm visiting family back home!
