I recently got into the hobby, and love it. I just brewed my third batch yesterday, Liberty Cream Ale from Midwest. Wasn't to sure if it was going to turn out. The Wyeast came frozen from Midwest but after smacking the pack it blew-up within 10 hours and at pitching was about to explode. And sure enough I got bubbleing 18 hours later in the fermentor. I enjoy all the tips and advice on this forum. I hope to be able to receive and contribute advice often.
