Alright, I've been lurking around this forum for a while, just soaking up TONS of great info about brewing (thanks a TON btw
). Just brewed my fifth batch last night, EdWort's haus pale ale (AG). The thing that confuses me, though, is that everything is going so smoothly! Seriously, how did I NOT screw anything up? Well, ok, I had trouble getting it to a boil on the glass top stove (wouldn't go over 200F), but I'm sure it'll be fine.
I guess I just needed to brag to someone who actually cares, nobody at work seemed to give a crap (except the dude who told me he made hooch when he was in jail
).
Anyway, thanks for all the awesome info. I think i'm gonna try to brew next weekend, too...
