Hello everyone, I’m a semi-retired policeman who has been semi-Homebrewing for a few years now. I’ve been lurking to leech as much knowledge as possible to try and make better beer. I think I’ve come a long way since I started, and I wanted to say thanks for all the info. I will spend most of my time brewing and lurking. I am amazed at how many great beers are being brewed all over this great country. Wish I could try them all. Thanks again everyone.
