HI Everyone. Just a quick note to introduce myself. I live just north of Mempis, TN and I'm just starting to get my equipment together for making mead. I have two beehives and pulled honey for the first time this fall. Pulled 120 pounds and like any self-respecting southern boy, I'm going to make something alcoholic out of it.
I love the old ways. I have a small blacksmith shop out back. Fruit trees, grapes, muscadines and kiwi. I'm interested in meeting like minded people willing to teach and learn together. If you're local, I always have coffee and a warm place to sit and sip. Stop by and visit or just say hi.
