Hi, My name is Steve and I have no idea how to homebrew!
I had never really had any interest in the hobby until listening to Jack Spirko on The Survival Podcast talk about it two days in a row back in June. Since then I have done nothing but research. Right now I have the Brewers Best Deluxe equipment kit and a 30qt turkey setup from Menards waiting for action. I really think my first brew is going to be BM's Centennial Blonde (extract version) as it sounds like a beer I would drink and it also appears to be almost fool proof.
After I get the first one under my belt I will see where I can go from there. Thanks for reading!
