I am a newbie and am looking forward to trying an all-grain brew! I've decided to just jump in and go right to all-grain and not even bother with the partial malt extract! I already have a keg system but I've been using a local home beer and wine store to brew my beer but at $110 to $120 Canadian a batch ( for three cornelius kegs) I've decided I can do it for way cheaper and have much better beer. I'll force carbonate but the only question I have for the pros out there is do I filter my beer before it goes into the cornelius kegs? Any advice would be appreciated.
