Hi all! I'm new to home brewing. I have two batches (SMaSH Pale Ale (Mosaic) and a single hop IPA (Galaxy)) under my belt now, I jumped in straight to all grain right off the bat. I look forward to learning everything I can from you fine people!

Nice, how was the Mosaic pale? I am pretty local to you (live in Vancouver, brew and work in Surrey) and my third batch will be a mosaic pale. Also went all-grain right off the bat with a single-hop saison with Azacca.
