Hey folks, been a few years brewing, first time posting. I hope to learn more about this awesome craft, and to share my thoughts on the inner workings of my methods (mostly mayhem and madness but effective. I also work for John Blichmann, so I can always answer questions about the product (never to promote or for profit of course). Cheers!

Thanks folks! I've had no regrets at all becoming a HB. It has always been fascinating for me every I get those little enzymes and microbes working. I feel like a magician, and my wand is a brew paddle.

Well, are you a boilermaker???

Ha! Twice... I'm in three years deep at Purdue in Mechanical Engineering Tech, and I make the Blichmann Boilermaker!

Wind farms? I cant wait until i can use wind power to heat my tanks and boil my brew! That would be sweet!

Cheers!

Edit: Where should I post pictures?
