I'm a newbie to the brewing game but already hooked on the 3rd brew. This time its a bock beer (mutons kit)
I've used carb tabs for the first 2 brews but it takes ages to get good carbonation so thinking of using cane sugar this time.
I have not got the money at the moment to invest in a secondary vessel to bulk prime. I have come across a post which suggests melting the sugar in 200mls (6.67 fluid oz) of the beer and allow to cool then add 5ml of this solution to each of the 40 bottles I'm filling
Any other suggestions
