I brewed my first batch of beer on Super Bowl Sunday, 2003. I have brewed about 25 extract batches and about 30 all grain batches. I prefer pale and amber ales, altbiers, and stouts. Normally brew 8 to 12 gallons per session. Hope to learn a few things here and share what I have learned.

I'm in Nampa. Spent a couple of years in Pocatello back in the mid 70's. Nice place in the summer - those winters are brutal by comparison to SW Idaho.
