Hey guys, nice to find this site. Been watching youtube and was able to find this site from there. Well been interested in starting my own home brew and am very exicited. Have done some research and reading on how to get started, and there is a wealth of knowledge and info out there. I was hoping to get some feedback from you "veteran" brewers on how you guys started up and if you would do it the same way again. Which kits did you use or would you recommend? Would start with a malt or all grain? I really like beer and this is something I really want to get into. I am sure that this hobby is like any other hobby and a guy could spend some serious money (model airplanes). A good middle of the road starter kit would be good(5 gallons)Just want to be able to use some the stuff as I get further into the brew "hobby". Any input would be great!
