Hi everyone. I just started brewing my first beer a couple weeks ago with a little motivation from my wife's cousin. I told the guy at the brew store I wanted to make something similar to shiner bock...so we will see. Anyhow, wanted to say Hi. I have a few newbie questions that I'll post up in the beginners section, But I have already learned a ton.
