Howdy, all.
Where I live, you can't swing a dead cat without hitting a new microbrewery or brewpub. This is a good thing, in that I now have more access to lots of great beers without having to stumble through the process myself. My limited funds can therefore be dedicated to obtaining tried and true product instead of being turned into garden compost.
What's missing from the mix in my neck o' the woods, though, are ciders, meads and rice wines. That's where I will be concentrating my efforts. I have already found some tremendous threads here, so I'll be dropping by and getting in the way on a regular basis.
Thanks, and stay gassy!
