Hey everyone. Just reactivated an account on here due to a recent explosion of beer production in the house hold. Finally have time to dedicate to brewing so thought I would get active in the community. I've been brewing for about five years, but just made the transition to all grain.
Currently enjoying a Red Ale (first all grain batch) that has been well reviewed by friends. I also have a Dunkelweizen in secondary and an oatmeal stout in the primary.
Any tips for all grain will be appreciated and hello all, again.
