I've been a home brewer for about a year now. 8 Extract brews under my belt. I'm upgrading to AG at this point. I have Brooklyn Brown Clone Kegged, AHS Anniversary Irish Red Kegged and will be brewing AHS Cluster Fuggle IPA and AHS Chocolate Rye this weekend. Moving the brewing outside for the first time and creating starters for the first time. Psyched!!

Hey blend! Welcome! brewing outdoors is the way to go. Definitely keeps the SWMBO happy that wort is splashing all over the kitchen :)

We from the "Hudson Valley"....... Have to get
a Group/Underground/Covert/Movement...
Going on>>>> HBT...Cause its "LAME" in our neck of the woods.

Oh Wow Hey everyone! Great to see local people here. So my weekend consisted of watching the Yeasties do their thing. There were so many firsts this brew. First starter, first outside burner, first Whirfloc tab, first time using the hop catcher, and first time fermenting in a better bottle....I have been completely fixated watching the carboy haha. I put together my Mash Tun and leak tested it. Now onto the brew kettle and HLT. With any luck I might be able to run my AG setup through next weekend. Psyched!!
