I am currently working on my second batch of home brew and am looking to learn some new techniques and challenge myself to make some good beers.
I am a chemical engineering student at Rowan University. The beer scene in Philly is awesome (just like the sports teams) and is something I hope I will get more involved in as I get more into the hobby. The processes involved in home brewing are a lot like things I've learned in my coursework and being able to apply them is part of what attracted me to the craft. I look forward to making some good beers and learning from the best.
