Hello everyone, I've been trolling here for quite some time and decided to finally join. I'm located in Athens/Macon Georgia. I look forward to sharing recipes and techniques with all of my fellow brewmeisters. Currently I have mainly been working on IPA's, but I enjoy all styles of beer. My current setup is what I would consider mid level for an All Grain system, but I am always working to upgrade my setup. I am currently working on designing an automated paddle system for my mash tun, and a rotating sparge arm for my lauter tun. I enjoy the technical aspect of brewing. Some people play golf as a hobby, I brew beer.
