Too many hobbies... not enough time.
I just discovered this site today and believe It will now be on my top ten list of visited sites.
I'm a 45 y/o retired firefighter/RN. I'm getting into beekeeping and came here for guidance on Mead. I made a 5 gallon batch of muscadine wine back in the early 1980's and it was fabulous, but my winemaking equipment has been unused since that time. I'm thinking with retirement I'll have plenty of time to get back into this hobby. I'll buy several more glass carboys and start a new batch every time my primary is empty.
