Hello from eastern NC

I have been lurking on this site for a long time and have learned so much from its contributors over the last few months when I really discovered it. I've been home brewing at various levels of seriousness for about 5 years but just really started brewing regularly and making my own recipes about 2 years ago. I just wanted to say hello and thank you to everyone on this forum for the wealth of knowledge and experience that you all bring to this hobby!
