Hello all!
I've been wanting to get into this hobby for about six years now, ever since I tasted a few bottles out of my uncle's first batch. I finally pulled the trigger a few weeks ago and have my first two batches bubbling away in a spare closet. After the first taste test of the first batch (a wheat) I knew I was hooked and have placed two more orders for additional equipment without even having the first batch in the bottle. Next on the list is a kegging setup.
I can't wait to try some styles of beer that are illegal to sell in this state due to restrictions on alcohol content of beer (IPA, Double IPA, and Imperial Stout kits are already on order), as well as meet and learn from all of the great people I've found online who share a love of GOOD beer.
