Hi All,

Great site up and running here. First time brewer as of yesterday. Great time doing it as well; brewed a Russian Imperial Stout. Tons of CO2 coming out right now and the smell is phenomenal. Can't wait to get it into a bottle and ready to go. Really enjoy and appreciate all the info out here. If anyone is near DFW area and wants to talk shop let me know.
