Hey everyone! Long time reader, limited poster. I thought I'd introduce myself to the community. I'm a student at Oregon State University in the Fermentation Science program. I found out this morning that I'll be working as a brewing intern at Ninkasi for the summer. I'm really pumped for that! Just like everyone else, I'm here to learn, expand my knowledge, and be open to new ideas that are quite often developed on the homebrew level. Happy brewing!
