Hi all 1 year home brewer from Colorado Springs here, also working (but not brewing :( ) at a new brewpub here in the area.

Been doing 1 gallon batches on my kitchen stovetop, but recently got a beautfiul 16 gallon boil kettle and will move up to a few 5 gal batch. What to brew on it???

Hoping to improve and dial my skills on this new system and venture into sours later on this year.

André.

Welcome to the forum, from Minnesota.

Don't know your style preferences, but this is a good time to start thinking St. Patrick's day beers. Maybe an Irish stout or a red? And with a 16 gal kettle, you could easily do 10 gal batches. Split a big batch in two and try different yeasts, etc. No end to the possibilities.

Cheers!
