Wife gave me a Mr. Beer for Christmas, and I'm starting the West Coast Pale Ale tomorrow.

Been reading a lot on this site and I'm really looking forward to learning more and more about the process and eventually get into the "All-Grain" game.

I figure I'll start with the simple extract brewing, move to some of the dry hopped recipes that complement the extract brewing, and then once I'm comfortable with everything move on to a nice all-grain stout.

There's plenty more to read here, so back I go!

Welcome to the addiction! If you are looking at going AG at some point in the future you should start checking out Brew In A Bag (BIAB). It seems like a straight forward way to get into it with minimal equipment, and a lot of folks on here swear by it.
