Hello All!
Coming to you live from the Triad! Decided I have been lurking far too long.
Been brewing for quite some time, but only really obsessively over the past several years. All grain from the start, we are now brewing on a 3 vessel, kettle and Keggle, direct fire, soon to be RIMs, system. Two, Johnson controlled, ferm. cabs. (fridges) Thinking about Electric HLT, and control panel.
My biggest challange is that I am very nearly blind, I am that blind guy from the BN, Not Warren. Please forgive typos and such, I try to catch them as best I can. Working on moving into some form of automation, any and all help greatly appreciated!
Currently brewing with a close friend from former workplace. We have been having good luck with our Lagers lately, Planning on a Munich Dunkel in the very near future.
