Hi everyone, I just wanted to say hello. I'm a long time reader of these forums, but never a participant, until now that is. I have been making beer and wine for over 10 years, and recently switched to all grain brewing (about a year ago). I can't say I'll post often on these forums, but I will from time to time to assist others, but also if I have specific questions etc.
