hi everyone
been brewing for about year ,mostly malts and a few grains and believe it or not frozen concentrate from the market.
Ive been experiement with sprouting regular popping corn. basically ive been makig pretty tasty brews from the most unlikely places. i have even used regular ol bakin yeast to ferment some apple juice. thought it was gonna be bad but ended up bein pretty damn good never boiled it sanitized it , just bougt a 3 gallon glass bottle of apple juice (with absorbic acid) poored out about 4 cups tossed in some bakers yeast (fleishmans). a week later i bottled it in a few smart water bottles and crazy enought a pretty good hard cider. any way i was just cruzin through the web and decide to sign up and check it all out.

Right now Kölsch.
in the past they pretty much start off as a receipe but always are altered .
--russiun red --> pumpkin maple russiun red
--nut brown ale---> honey beet pumpkin maple nut brown ale (depending on type and how much hops it can be bitter or sweet)
--pilsners
--ultra stout
Basically i kinda stik with a few receipes that everyone seems to drink more of and experiment and modify . Alot of nut brown and lighter beers .
Drinken aat the moment is some stout i made like a year ago that i just found in the garage under some boxes. lol
