Hello all! Found this site through google after starting my first batch of cider. I've done a few batches of wine and decided I would try cider because I have access to several well established apple trees that I watch the apples fall off of unused year after year. So far I've learned lots and I've only just begun!

Welcome. That's awesome that you have access to fresh apples off the tree. Wish I had a hook up like that.
