Hello All,
I've been brewing for a little more than a year now, so I consider myself very green at it. But I love learning, and I found myself more and more reading about brewing and trying to get deeper at it.
I lived in the US for four years, Lansing MI and Boston MA, and at the time the craftbrew business was exploding. Loved Bell's beers from MI!
I knew the forum from my research on some brewing topics and finally decided to join.
I do all-grain and right now just ales, but preparing myself to get into lagers, which I really love to drink.
Me and my wife live on a farm, and homebrewing is just the perfect "second job" for me. Also good beer is too expensive in Brazil, so I better make my own. There's nothing better than looking into my pantry and seeing rows of bottles nicely stocked!
Happy to learn from you all.
Have a great Christmas and New Year's!
