I am new to home brewing but I live in Beer City USA, so I should be able to get a lot of good advice (along with the advice here of course Anyway, I have a Pliny the Elder clone in the secondary fermenter right now (dry hopping for 2 weeks). I'm excited to be here to learn from the best home brewers in the world.

I live just across the border in SC. I am just starting with home brewing, and Asheville is my closest place for supplies and know-how. Glad to see nearby folks like yourself on here.
