That's OK. I'm gonna brew my first all grain with some friends tonight. I have done 3 me beer kits. 1 from 2008, and 2 from 2011. My buddy found them in his garage. We brewed them. Drank the first one. Got the other 2 bottled. Hope they taste better than the first one! I think the reason it tasted a little "off" is because my water sucks. The other 2 got the same water...... 
my all grain is getting RO water with some goodies added. Didn't know I wasn't supposed to start with a lager. Oh well, gonna giver hell anyway! Good luck folks! Happy brewing!
