Just wanted to say hello to all the Brew Gods of this forum as well as the beginning brewers. I have been brewing for about a year now and am inching closer to all grain brewing.
My last brew was a partial mash Oatmeal Stout. It turned out very well considering I had a few too many while brewing. Learned and important lesson of limiting my beer intake during brew time. Having ingredients left over from my kit isn't amusing. :smack:
Anyway, hello all and thanks in advance for the wealth of information that I plan learning from many of you.
