I just got my ingredients yesterday and busted my first smack pak this morning. Brew day is tomorrow, a brown ale, and I am extremely excited. I am just wondering why in the h..ll I did not think about doing this a long time ago. Oh well better late then never. Wish me luck and thanks for all the info from everyone on this site!! :)

Thanks for the welcome's! I will try and let everyone know if my first brew day is a sucess or a fiasco. I will definately be at the Northern Brewer Grand Opening. My original plan was to buy my ingredients for my first batch there. However I got to excited and did not want to wait another week!
