Newbie from Northern Kentucky here. Just wanted to introduce myself to this lovely group! My name is Dustin and I just racked my first batch (two hearted clone extract) to a secondary last night (I know that's not always the popular route, but that's what was originally recommended to me). Dry hopping for 5+ days, then bottling. We'll see how it goes! I'm excited to learn more and experiment, so I'm sure I'll have some questions as I try more recipes and styles. I'm always appreciative of feedback and advice. I'll be sure to share my progress and results!
