I just started the homebrew venture and I must say it has been rewarding. With a little help from some cool friends I now plan to make, keg and drink my own brew. This site seems very helpful and I look forward to talking beer with you.

Nice to hear from you folks. I'm throwing up ideas for my brewery name. I'm thinking about
LEVEL PEBBLE BREWING CO.
Flat Rock, Mi.

Level pebble is the city's nickname of sorts. My first homebrew is a dunkelweizen. I was thinking of naming it Downriver Dunkelweizen and my second homebrew of Weizenbier would be named Six Pints None The Weizenbier. Criticism is always welcome and happy brewing.
