Hi, We are from Waimata just out side of Gisborne in NZ.
Iv been distilling spirits for about 6 years casually, and we are looking into making Ginger Beer.
I'm moving from the spirits to beers as they are fizzy from the brew, where as with the spirits we are mixing them with brought fizzys!
We have been given a ginger beer bug that will be ready to bottle in a couple of days
We want to make an alcoholic version next.
On a side note, is there a thread that has all the lingo you use? like pitching yeast!
