I am going to try brewing again, I have had as many successes as failures using prepackaged ingredients.
I have been inspired to try brewing the Bavaria way.
I recently spent some time in Murnau Germany at the local IPA Griesbraeu Brewery. They had a condensed tour of their brewery.
I am going to start from scratch building and purchasing the necessary brewing equipment.
I am sure I will have some questions regarding this.
