Hello Everyone. New brewer here. Have been thinking about getting into homebrewing for awhile now, but never really had the space for it before. Moved into a better place so have recently picked up a brew start-up kit and started with a Amber Ale kit that came with it. That has been sitting in the bottles for about a week now, and can't wait to give it a try (the test samples I pulled for O.G and F.G. tasted pretty good). Right now will probably do mostly extract brewing, but will probably switch over to full grain eventually as I get the equipment (as someone who loves to cook I won't be able to resist adapting recipes for too long).
I have been lurking around for a while now, but finally decided to post my intro post, and will hopefully contribute quite a few valuable posts for many years to come.![Drunk :drunk: :drunk:](https://cdn.homebrewtalk.com/smilies/sdrinking-100-155.gif)
