Just wanted to say "hi" from Kyle, TX. It's been a long time since I've brewed my own. 'Course, with Blanco up the road from me, you might want to know why I bother, but... I remember having a great time when I first brewed, and now, since I have the means and time to brew a (hopefully) decent array of beers, I'm going to give it a shot again. Any advice, comments, etc., will be taken with as much appreciation as I can give you.

Welcome to the forum! That's beautiful country down around Blanco. My mom lived there for many years, west of town on 1623 heading toward Stonewall. It's been a few years since she moved away.

I didn't know about that Real Ale Brewery in Blanco back then. I think it must have started up in the last few years, maybe? How is their beer?
